Services

In this 30-50 minute session I will introduce what to expect and guide you. The purpose of an Integrative Breath is to relax your mind and connect with your body.

These sessions are useful for resetting the body, clearing stuck emotionality, and getting out of the mind and into the body. They offer a quick nervous system reset.

  • Approx. 10 min in breath pattern 

A meditative breathwork session is a deep and immersive process with the intent to access altered states of consciousness, which promote deep self-healing and personal transformation. Meditative sessions are done lying down, with the neck unconstricted. If you have lower back pain, bend your knees or place a pillow at the back of your knees for added support. 

  • Open discussion 

  • Progressive Muscle Relaxation 

  • Approx. 20 min or more in breath pattern 

  • Immersive breathwork that takes you deep within

  • Self heal, internally transform, and rewrite the narrative

  • Guided Intentional meditation 

  • Post processing group discussion
