I am a Trauma-Informed Certified Wellness Practitioner specializing in Breathwork and Yoga, a Meditation Guide, and a Holistic Wellness Accredited professional certified with the International Breathwork Foundation.

I help you cultivate self-awareness, regulate your nervous system, and find inner peace through compassionate, trauma-informed practices.

There are those who often go unheard, unseen, and unsupported. That's why I created Rediscovering – a space for those who hold others to be held, nourished, and seen.

My training deepened my understanding of how crucial it is for individuals, especially those who support others, to cultivate a deep sense of safety within themselves. This inner security ripples outward, creating more compassionate and effective care.
